Michelle is a registered manual osteopathic practitioner whose area of expertise is in head, neck and jaw osteopathy which includes a special interest practice in Craniosacral therapy. She also has a special interest in concussion and post concussion rehab and lymphatic drainage.

After pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology from the University of Guelph, Michelle entered into the DOMP (Diploma Osteopathic Manual Practitioner) program at the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario. She graduated with honors in 2020 and now uses her hands on, gentle approach to help patients who may be suffering from a variety of different ailments.  Her in-depth, whole-body assessments allow her to come up with a treatment plan that works with each patient and their body’s unique needs.

Michelle is a member of the Osteopathy Chronic Pain Clinics of Canada, and has a special interest in the treatment of patients with head, neck, and jaw conditions, as well as anxiety and stress management. She has also received additional certification in Craniosacral Therapy, Neurovascular Release, Cupping and Kinesiology Taping.

At this time, Michelle is only 1 of 2 Manual Osteopaths in Ontario offering Neurovascular Release to patients. These techniques are very gentle and can help in restoring proper nerve signaling and blood flow to muscles in the head and neck.

Michelle also enjoys spending her free time with her goldendoodle Cooper, and her retired show jumping horse, Black Tie. In addition to spending time with her pets, she enjoys hiking, gardening, reading and yoga, as well as travelling with her boyfriend Tyler.
